THE GAY FASHION ICON TRAGEDY.......

As soon as he established his career through the backing of a big network, and millions of box office receipts, gay fashion icon GFI began showing his true colors. The production complained of his attitude towards work. The kibitzers taunted him with his love life. The fans continued to buy his sense of humor. Meanwhile, old friends whom he has dropped merely kept quiet about GFI’s character. However, another perception is that GFI was just showing who he really is, or in other words, he just did not want to have pretensions regardless of who gets hurt in the process. GFI had also been known as one of the biggest reasons why the gay population became more accepted in the country today.

In a movie event, GFI suffered an embarrassing incident that would certainly make anyone lose poise. As a friend of one of the lead stars in a movie,GFI romped on the red carpet in a gown (remember, he is a fashion icon wannabe, hence, he has to always be dressed to the nines.). Inside the theater, the host called GFI to go onstage to say a few words to the cast of the movie. After delivering his message, GFI went down the stage. The fans crowded around him as he was making his way out, and one fan stepped on the tail end of his gown. In a few seconds, the gown ripped off. GFI glared at his fans but tried to keep his composure while holding on to the gown to make sure it would not fall off. When he got backstage, he was fuming mad and cursing, something which was no longer surprising.

JESSICA SANCHEZ ON GLEE SEASON 4!

So it is true guys, it was already confirmed, the FilAm American Idol Runner-up Jessica Sanchez will be joining the casts of the hit american musical tv series Glee which is now on it's 4th season. (This was exclusively learned by Tvline) 

There are no details yet on whatever role will the executive producer of glee Ryan Murphy give to Jessica or when she will appear on the gleek screen :) Will she be one of the cheerios? Probably not. Or will she be  with the new directions? Or will she be an enemy from the opposing choir group like what Charice  Pempengco eventually became? Or will she be joining Rachelle in New York and be h er friend or rival? I don't know it guys, I'm just trying to guess :)

Glee really knows how to hit the spot eh? They have already guested hollywood artists, casted some of them for few more episodes, created a show called "Glee Project" to search for new casts, and just this season, they had casted new hollywood stars again :) And now they're hitting the American Idol young celebrity. For now, we'll just have to wait for further details upon Jessica's coming on glee.

A Gentleman's Dignity: watch it for free :)

ABS CBN (The Kapamilya Network) had already confirmed that they will be airing the hit South Korean romantic comedy/drama series soon, but with no official date yet to begin. 

In the commercial that the Kapamilya ntetwork had shown, they said that he series was like the adult version of the series "hanayori dango" (a Japanese series based on a manga which was also aired by the kapamilya network, and so as it's korean remake). Yes it's quite true, but the said series was really billed as a male version of "the sex and the city". 

The series was starred by Lee Jong Hyuk as  Lee Jung Rok, Jang Dong Gun as Kim Do Jin, Kim Soo Ro as Im Tae San and   Kim Min Jong as Choi  Yoon (from left to right).

"A Gentleman's Dignity" is about the careers and love lives of urban professionals. It tells the story of four men in their forties who have been friends since they were eighteen, as they go through love. breakup, success and failure.

Kim Do-jin is a ladies man who meets Seo Yi-soo and begins a one-sided love. He discovers that she has a crush on his best friend Im Tae-san. Tae-san is dating Hong Se-ra but troubles arise when she reveals she doesn't want to get married. Choi Yoon is a Lawyer who is still recovering from his wife's death four years ago but begins to have feeling for Tae-sans much younger sister, Im Meari. Lee Jung-rok is married to a rich woman, Park Min-sook, but constantly flirts with other women which causes problems in their marriage. Meanwhile a teenager named Colin comes to Korea looking for his biological father.

(UPDATED!) America's Next Top Model 20: MALE + FEMALE!

After 18 successful seasons and 1 more that is still running today, the world-famous model reality search America's Next Top Model; hosted by the amazing and humblest supermodel I have known, Tyra Banks, have already posted hints about their newest season to be released on 2013. But not unlike their previous season where only female aspirants are welcome to compete (well except for Isis King who's also an amazing model :), they say that this season will be a combination of FEMALE and MALE MODELS! Yes guys, this is our time to dominate ANTM, but ofcourse for legitimate american citizens only...... i guess :)

But will it be a competition between the male and the female models, or will they be paired up? hmmmmm.........

Cycle 20 will debut in summer 2013. A specific premiere date has not yet been announced. The male models will move into the same house as the female models, and the new cycle will include Cycle 19's added social media elements that let viewers vote for their favorite models.

Questions have also spread on Twitter about what will come next for the ANTM even before the newest season was confirmed, but Mr. Ken Mok, TV producer and founder of 10x10 ENTERTAINMENT production company, let the questions hanging from suspense :)

But that suspense is over, for they have already confirmed through the cycle 20 fan page that this season, they will add male models on the show, men who can defy smize ;)







But my question is, who will be the new ANTM team?  Ofcourse Tyra Banks would still be the host and one of the judges, but will the current judges namely as Kelly Cutrone, Rob Evans and Johnny Wujek remain? (from tyra's left side to the right corner of the picture on the left) And will the social media correspondent Bryanboy still hold the social media next season? (picture on the right)

Or would the previous judges; Ms. J Alexander, Mr. J Manuel and Nigel Barker, come back to the show?
OR WILL THEY ALL MEET UP THIS TIME AND FORM A NEW GREAT TEAM? :)

And one last question, what kind of male models will make it to the final list this next cycle?
Androgynous? Great smizers? Coutures?  Maybe they will, or maybe more kinds will. I don't know it either guys, so let's just wait until they'll reveal everything about it, and just enjoy the current cycle of college edition.

After the American Idol Live Tour last September 21, 2012 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, Philippines, the FilAm runner-up Jessica Sanchez had been busy for her new endorsement for a famous clothing line BENCH with a tagline; "wear your music". Now the latest about Jessica or Jessica Elizabeth Sanchez is her newest found home, JOLLIBEE :) Yes guys, Jessica was welcomed by Jollibee and she's their newest face. 
Jollibee really knows how to choose the brightest stars huh just like their recent endorser; the pop princess Sarah Geronimo (right image), who indeed looks like jessica sanchez. :)

Now we just have to wait what kind of commercial she'll gonna be doing for the said food chain, but as if wed on't know, Jessica is such an amazing performer like Sarah, so maybe they'll create a musical commercial. OR MAYBE SHE'LL SING WITH SARAH IN THE COMMERCIAL! :) HOW GREAT WOULD THAT BE? DON'T YOU AGREE? :))))

National Cheerleading Competition Kicks Off!

The cheerleading world in the Philippines have been in a very slow pace towards tickling the Filipinos' heart. Even until now, only few knows cheerleading and its real background, though its already quite popular. And with the help of some famous athletic associations and other groups or individuals that organize cheerleading and cheerdance competitions, the cheerleading world had become more hit! Some of the most talked about are the annual UAAP Cheerdance Competitions and NCAA Cheerleading Competition. But there are also competitions being organized by some firms like SM, Milo and Festival Mall.





But the Philippines aren't completely aware that there's 1 competition where the squads all over the country are welcome to compete just with their mere cheering knowledge and skills, no nay further gimmicks and everything. And where all of the greatest squads fight from eliminations to the finals to become the Philippine's number 1 :) The National Cheerleading Competition guys, this is what i'm talking about! :)

The NCC had started since 2006 which was only meant to be an invitational cheerleading competition and held at the Araneta Coliseum and where only 10 squads had competed. Until they had grown and saw that more squads keep coming to compete, so they started to held regional qualifiers in 2009. And until today, the NCC still meets more squads wanting to compete for the national finals. The NCC had also promoted more divisionss to compete for and just this year, because of the extreme level up of cheerleading all over the world, NCC had added 3 more and now they have a total of 17 divisions for the kids, high schools, colleges, college graduates and also for dance troupes :)

KZ Tandingan: X Factor Philippines 1st Grand winner!

After a long journey of going through the screenings, then the live auditions, then the cut in the boot camp, then the top 6 for each categories and meeting her mentor Charice Pempengco, then the top 3 of the mentors, then the weekly cuts, then a shocking bottom 2, then finally the grand finals and KZ's X Factor journey ends sweetly when she win the competition. KZ Tandingan really deserves a big CONGRATULATIONS! 

The Xfactor Philippines is an adopted show from the USA. The Pinoy have Charice Pempengco for the Girls Category, Garry Valenciano for the Groups Category, Pelita Coraleres for the Over 25s Category, and Martin Nievera for the Boys Category as the judges/mentors. While KC Concepcion is the host. 

KZ Tandingan came from Digos City, Davao del Sur. She had been singing since childhood but had to stop due to throat problem during high school but eventually found her way to sing again specially in their church. Her tandem with her great mentor Charice Pempengco was indeed a great success all throughout the whole competition. KZ had touched the Filipinos' heart from the very beginning of the auditions and became an early favorite, and this helped KZ to reached the top. Because in these kind of shows, it's either the people are your fan or your hater, and KZ made them her lovers :) 

Despite some allegations that KZ is displaying an attitude in the first few weeks of the competition and though she had shockingly been in the bottom 2, KZ still remained. But what really made KZ save her is her jazzy and husky alto voice, like Adele's and Zia Quizon's, which is really different to her Mentor Charice's and X Factor USA 1 grand winner Melanie Amaro's high powerful voices. Another x factor of KZ is her way of singing her pieces in a very special kz way and a very good example is her finals night performance>> X Factor Ph Finals: KZ sings "superstar" . 

I think these factors that KZ possesses are quite unusual for the Filipinos' common singing standard and are what made her to be come the star of the show. And now the Philippine's has a new-born star to celebrate, and I know for sure there would still be haters and bashers and copycats around her, but the thing is that KZs special unusuality would always, without a doubt, make her a star! 

SO AGAIN, CONGRATULATIONS TO KZ TANDINGAN AND TO HER MENTOR OFCOURSE CHARICE PEMPENGCO! SHE ALSO REALLY DESERVES THIS WIN :)

100 Cutest Faces Year 3: a successful launch!

Started back in 2010, the Trend Classic Models International (TCMI Facebook Fan Page) had been eager on searching for young model potentials that they believed have the guts to make it to the runway and would soon be one of the Philippine's Top Models.Through a fashion event called "100 Cutest Faces" , they continue to move on with their goals without waiting for any payback. Just to help seek out the "model within" each of their young discoveries is already a big thing for them to see. And every year, the big 3 of TCMI namely as: Sir Jhay Layson, Sir Randy Escobar abd Sir Lester Colico, doesn't fail on continuing their journey. And now, the 100 Cutest Faces Fashion Event is on it's 3rd year.

The said fashion event is not like any other fashion shows out there that just goes straight to the runway. Here on 100 Cutest Faces, things are done differently and specially. They will first held various go see dates and select the top 100 people on the age limit of 12-28 years old. Then they will undergo on their first photoshoot and will be launched after some time. After the launch, the most interesting part (well for me) begins, the top 100 faces will undergo different workshops and exposures all for free and after they have all been set they will walk on the Gala Night. The gala night is where creations of  various designers, clothing brands, and other fashion stuffs will be modeled by the top 100. Then after the gala night, the grand finalists will be selected and will be awarded by the sponsors and the TCMI itself at another fashion show (the grand finals). This is where the real fashion journey of our top faces begins. It doesn't really matter if they where actually chosen as a grand finalist or not, because the real essence of the event and the real advocate of TCMI is to create and bring out the model within their young talents and expose them on the real fashion industry, with or without experience, and for me that's also what matters most :) 

 Just this October 6, 2012, saturday, the new batch of 100 Cutest Faces have been launched successfully at SM City Masinag Atrium (here's some photos on the launching event from the Facebook fan page of SM City Maasinag). And on the following schedules on the left corner, our Batch 3 will be seen again on the runway. 





To make you believe that TCMI had really turned out the fate of their talents, here's some big proof:

While some made it to the screens and while others have just recently started their big journey. But no matter what, TCMI had really heped them out to become a star. MOCHIKO: the new ice cream generation

There are too many ice cream variations in the market today, but they all taste almost the same, they just simply looks different. So if you want to try something new, way newer than those oldies, then try some of these delicious MOCHIKO! :) yey! And better start learning how to crave control for you might want to make it a daily habit :)


Mochiko Ice Cream was first launched here in the Philippines at Cliffhouse, Tagaytay City. The owner of the Mochiko Ice Cream House visited Japan to learn how to make a japanese mochi (which is a sticky japanese delicacy made from rice flour and is usually filled with red bean paste) and came back in the Philippines to make a business out of mochis and instead of a red bean paste, he used ice cream filling to make it even more special for the Filipinos.




For a mochiko that almost fits your palm, every bite of crave is really satisfying. I personally became an instant fan when i had my first bite of the green tea mochi last year (2011). And i still crave for them, and i usually fulfill my craving at Mercato Centrale (https://www.facebook.com/mercatocentrale?fref=ts) which is a great place for food trips :)


Mochiko Ice Cream firstly offered 7 flavors: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, caramelo, green tea, black sesame, and azuki, which they offer for 70.00 pesos each. And from time to time, they added new variations of their mochi, from choconut, cookie dough, yogurt variations, to oreo. But i personally lost my count on how many flavors they already have now.

Today, not just their mochi flavors have spread, but their branches also did. They now reached the metro and other places on the southern part of the Philippines and sometimes, Mochiko also goes on visit on campuses, TV shows, and other events. So keep your hope that one day they'll also visit your place. THE BLOG PRINCE: now on the go!

Yey! So I'm back again on blogging after almost a year :) But this time I'll be more active and more dynamic on my blogging.If you haven't know yet, I've been blogging since 2009 on different accounts. Two of them are my own sites while the other one is just shared with me by my cousins. But from my past blog sites, I've been inconsistent on maintaining them specially on those that I own, and eventually i just stopped blogging.

But my hobby on writing (though i don't really showcase them necessarily) didn't stop, and my hobby on expressing my thoughts in many ways didn't stop either. I'm always full of them, I think that even when I'm sleeping they still keep on coming. I always have a lot say about different things; worldly things, and  about my and others' experiences, hobbies and passion and also to politics, showbusiness, food trips, travels, etc, etc...... Name it from reactions on what I'm seeing to just simple thoughts about wackiness and sometimes wittiness.

This is why i decided to renew my blog site and relive my blogging life! yey! But this blog site will be specially different from others. My site will not just be about this and that, it will be like DISNEY LAND! It's full of variations of amusements and surprises. Because just like what I've said above, I tend to express a lot of my thoughts, my effin' crazy thoughts yet with a sense, and for that, i fell more in love in blogging, because in blogging, you have no rules and/or limitations on how are you going to express your thoughts, well except for considering the words your gonna use.
Now to help you get started on my site, i will divide my blog posts on different categories namely as:
