Just recently, an alarming video of children drinking session that had gone viral in Facebook shocked the Philippines!
The said video made it's way all the way to the news and also alarmed the authorities. In it, you will see 11 children who were said to be from 5-12 years old passing around a shot glass being filled with a local brand of vodka and drinking it.
Now, the authorities are trying to locate those adults and so as the children present in the video. The authorities said that the video will be further more studied to see what actions are to be made.
